Description
This program, we offer elementary to intermediate training to work on for players. Upon completion of this program, your child will be able to:
-Pass and catch an accurate two handed
-Pass and catch an accurate two handed chest pass
-Dribble the ball below their waist with their head up
-Perform the shooting using the BEEF shooting form
-Dribble the ball below their waist with their head up whilst on the move
-Ability to pass and catch the ball on the move
-Ability to perform a simple crossover move
