Description
Children often find Chinese characters difficult to learn. This course uses enjoyable word games, such as catchy literacy songs and a subway station name contest, to help children understand the principles behind pictographs and phonetic compounds. They will learn the basic structure of characters, develop interest in Chinese, overcome fear, and be motivated to learn actively. By the end, they will be able to recognize common words used in daily life.
